- Reduce smoke time with optional liquid smoke pre-treatment. Pre-treatment also improves color consistency, while also saving the labor and materials necessary to clean the smokehouses.
- Increase throughput with pre-shirred "donut-form" stockinette that fits directly onto most standard stuffing horns. The continuous stuffing system uses a double clipper to reduce labor and material costs.
